I see what you mean about control. If you check my blog it has the "think big" post. I cant think that I control the 10,000 goal, but, I am going to do all that I can control to reach it. 3 posts a day? Some days I struggle to post one. If we are talking about blogs, then I have a goal similar to yours, but it's more "action oriented" My goal is to write 3 posts a day to FinancialJesus.com every working day until September the 1st. If I do that, I know that the readers will follow. So I really have not set myself a visitors goal. One of the things I learned selling books door-to-door is that you should only concentrate on the things you can directly control. I can control how many hours I spend with the blog, I can control how many posts I write and I can control my own attitude towards everything I do. I really can't control how many people read my site - I can only influence it with my actions! Great idea Adam!
