My name is Roman German and I am 25 years old.

Although my name might seem very funny I can assure you that it is actually a true name – it actually doesnt mean anything in my language. My name gives me tons of laughs every time I visit USA or some other English speaking country.

Currently I am studying computer science in Tallinn University in Estonia – it is my 7th year although the program is only 3 years long

The reason it has taken me so long to finish school is that I have been doing a number of things during my young life that have been very important to me.

I consider practical hands on experience a lot more valuable than theoretical school training – if I would have to choose between hiring someone who finished university with honors but didn’t have any job experience and hiring someone who doesn’t have a degree but has a ton of experience I would choose the guy with experience!

During my short life I have been a door-to-door salesman in USA, a project manager in a mobile services company and currently I am trying to start with a number of my own businesses.
