Hi everyone!

Im so glad to see such a interesting article. Want to say first that Im too lucky because Im from the country Sri Lanka where sir Arthur C Clarke lived 50 years from his 90 years of his life span., he was such a wonderful person. Before he die, he had 3 fundemental desires to witness. 1st was to witness an alien or something regarded to that. The second one was to see the world using an alternative sourse of energy instead of Fuel Oil. 3rd was to see the end of the war in Sri Lanka where he lived and considered as a paradise.... In 2009, peace stablished in sri lanka war finished. Unfortunately want to say that three of these desires of sir Arthur wasn't accomplished in his living time though one was came true after his death..... He will always live with us with his prophets....

Hi
The most important prediction that Arthur C. Clarke did not make ( as he was not aware) is the world is facing act of terrorism very much. The prediction of 2009 can occur any time. Now after atomic explosion I do not know how many people will survive as today's Atom bomb will be much more devastation effect then that of Japan's. Any way thanks again for such beautiful post.

I agree MoneyEnergy - if the radical predictions in this list will become true then there will eventually be no point in money and investing...
That would leave FinancialJesus.com out of work... So lets hope that these predictions won't come true

Very interesting. The prediction for 2016 is especially shocking because that seems most hauntingly relevant to our current situation.

Too bad he doesn't say anything about how future economies will work. If certain industries like agriculture and manufacturing disappear, what does he think the economy be based upon? Investing as we know it might disappear completely.
