ATM Machine - How Your Money Gets Stolen

How Your Money Gets Stolen

by Roman on June 10, 2009

This is a great video showing how ATM or Automated Teller Machine fraud is being done.
A scam like this is a lot easier to pull off than you would think – it only takes a few seconds to copy your card and information without you even noticing it!

The devices necessary to copy your credit or debit card are almost invisible to the inexperienced eye and are relatively cheap.

Look at this video to see a real episode of how stealing your card information is done and what you can do to avoid it!

This is a must see video! (If you don’t want to lose your money)

This sucks. We just need to keep our eyes peeled for this kind of stuff. I try to only withdraw money from official bank ATMs when I need cash. Don’t even bother using those rinky dinky cash machines in liquor stores and stuff… Even if the machine hasn’t been compromised, how do you know the owner of the place isn’t a scammer himself?

wow this is definitely very informative and very scary. I generally never use any ATM unless it’s in a bank – but it’s definitely good to know.
